Our catalog includes over 200 brands ranging from prestige labels like Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, Clarins, and Estée Lauder to popular drugstore favorites like e.l.f. and Revlon. Products & Authenticity
Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized retailers, brands, and official distribution channels. We never deal in counterfeit or gray-market goods. Our reputation is built on trust, and we take authenticity seriously. If you ever have concerns about a product, our customer service team is available to provide sourcing information and address any questions.
New: Factory-sealed products in original packaging, never used or opened. Overstock: Brand-new items that retailers ordered in excess. These are unused and in perfect condition. Open Box: Products where the packaging has been opened but the item itself is unused. May have been a display or customer return. Closeout: Discontinued items or products from brands exiting a retailer. Brand-new quality at the deepest discounts.
Yes! We frequently receive exclusive, limited-edition, and hard-to-find products from our retail and brand partnerships. These items move quickly due to high demand. To get first access to special inventory drops, sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media. Subscribers receive early notifications before new arrivals go live to the general public.
Our pricing advantage comes from how we source inventory. We acquire products through liquidation channels, including retailer overstock, closeouts, seasonal clearances, and brand discontinuations. Because we purchase large quantities directly and operate with lean overhead, we can pass significant savings on to our customers—often 50–80% off typical retail prices. Our team continuously monitors market pricing to ensure you're always getting competitive value.
Ordering & Shipping
No. You can order as little or as much as you need. Some products may have minimum quantity requirements noted on the product page (typically for case packs or wholesale lots), but most items are available in single units. This flexibility allows you to test new products without committing to large quantities upfront.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We use reliable carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. During high-volume periods or for exceptionally large orders, processing may take slightly longer—but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Returns & Policies
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions: Products must be unused and in their original packaging, accompanied by your Goodbye Inventory invoice. You must contact us first to receive return authorization—no returns are accepted without prior approval. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
No. We do not accept returns for products due to Amazon listing shutdowns, brand gating, or any marketplace restrictions. Additionally, orders shipped directly to Amazon FBA warehouses or third-party fulfillment centers are non-returnable. We encourage all Amazon sellers to verify brand eligibility and listing status before purchasing. If you need guidance on which products are typically Amazon-friendly, our team is happy to assist.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. If products were damaged during transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier—document any damage while signing for freight shipments. Goodbye Inventory is not responsible for damages caused by carriers or third-party warehouses. However, if you believe there was an error on our end (wrong item, missing items, etc.), contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details, and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
For Resellers & Business Owners
Yes! Our products are intended for resale. Many of our customers successfully sell on Amazon, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, their own Shopify stores, and at local markets or salons. Keep in mind that some brands have marketplace restrictions (such as Amazon brand gating), so we recommend verifying your selling privileges before purchasing specific brands for those platforms.
Yes. Every order includes a professional invoice that can be used for marketplace verification, brand ungating applications, and business record-keeping. If you need any modifications to your invoice format for specific marketplace requirements, contact our team and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
We recommend starting with established, in-demand brands that have proven track records with consumers. Look for products trending on social media (especially TikTok and Instagram), featured in major retailers like Sephora and Ulta, or with strong reviews on Amazon. Our "Prestige Brands" and "New Arrivals" collections showcase high-demand inventory. Additionally, consider seasonal trends: SPF products surge in spring and summer, while gift sets are popular during the holidays.
Single units are ideal for testing new products or filling in inventory gaps. Case packs contain multiple units of the same product (e.g., 12 or 24 pieces) at a lower per-unit cost—perfect when you've identified a winner and want to scale. Lots are assorted bundles of various products, offering the deepest discounts but less control over exact contents. Lots are great for resellers who can move diverse inventory or want to experiment with new categories.
Absolutely! Many salon owners, estheticians, and spa operators purchase from Goodbye Inventory to stock retail shelves, offer premium products to clients, or use professional-grade items in treatments. Our wholesale pricing allows you to maintain healthy profit margins while offering clients recognizable, trusted brands. For recurring large orders, contact us about establishing a wholesale partnership with dedicated support.

New to Reselling? Start Here
Welcome! Start by choosing a platform—Amazon, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, or your own website are popular options, each with different fee structures and audiences. Next, start small: purchase a few products to test what resonates with your target market. Focus on learning product photography, writing compelling listings, and understanding your platform's seller tools. As you gain experience and identify your niche, reinvest profits to scale your inventory.
You can start with as little as $50–100 to test the waters. Our low prices and no minimum order requirements make it accessible to begin with just a handful of products. Many successful resellers started by reinvesting profits from small initial purchases. As your business grows, you can increase your investment to access bulk pricing and larger inventory selections.
Amazon: Massive reach, but requires brand approval (ungating) for some cosmetics. eBay: Flexible, buyer-friendly, good for both new and open-box items. Poshmark/Mercari: Great for individual items and building a personal brand. Shopify/Your Own Store: Full control, no marketplace fees, but requires driving your own traffic. Local markets/Salons: Direct sales with no fees and personal customer relationships.
"Ungating" refers to Amazon's brand approval process. Certain categories and brands require sellers to submit invoices from authorized distributors before listing products. Goodbye Inventory invoices are used by many sellers for ungating applications. To increase approval odds, purchase at least 10 units per product, ensure invoice details match your Amazon seller information, and submit clear documentation. Approval isn't guaranteed, as Amazon's criteria vary, but we provide the documentation you'll need.
Research is key. Check what similar products sell for on your chosen platform using tools like Amazon's search, eBay's "sold" listings filter, or Keepa for price history. Factor in your product cost, platform fees (typically 10–15%), shipping costs, and desired profit margin. A general rule: aim for at least 30–50% profit margin after all expenses. Don't race to the bottom on price—competing on value, shipping speed, and presentation often wins over the lowest price.
Most beauty products have a shelf life of 2–3 years unopened. Check for expiration dates or batch codes on packaging. When listing products, be transparent about any dates, especially on marketplaces like Amazon that have strict freshness requirements. For products approaching expiration, consider discounting or bundling them. Always disclose condition accurately to maintain your seller reputation.
