This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs all shipments made by Goodbye Inventory LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with purchases made through our website www.goodbyeinventory.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy.
We are committed to delivering your orders accurately and efficiently. This Policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and important terms regarding the shipment of your purchases.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
1.1 Processing Time. Orders are typically processed within one to three (1-3) business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day.
1.2 Order Confirmation. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs only when the order is shipped. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
1.3 Processing Delays. During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), high-volume periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions), order processing may take additional time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.
1.4 Order Verification. We reserve the right to verify orders before processing, including verifying payment information, billing and shipping addresses, and checking for potential fraud. Verification may delay processing. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

We offer multiple shipping options through major carriers to meet your delivery needs. Available shipping methods and carriers are displayed at checkout based on your location and order details. The following carriers and services are available:
2.1 United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS Ground Advantage
Our most economical shipping option for standard deliveries. Delivery Time: 2-5 business days (estimated). Available for packages up to 70 lbs. Includes USPS Tracking and $100 insurance coverage. Delivers to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Saturday delivery included at no extra charge. Ideal for non-urgent shipments where cost savings are a priority.
USPS Priority Mail
Faster delivery for time-sensitive orders. Delivery Time: 1-3 business days (estimated). Available for packages up to 70 lbs. Includes USPS Tracking and $100 insurance coverage. Delivers to all 50 states, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and military addresses. Flat Rate options available for cost predictability. Free USPS packaging supplies available. Saturday delivery included at no extra charge.
2.2 United Parcel Service (UPS)
UPS Ground
Reliable ground shipping with day-definite delivery. Delivery Time: 1-5 business days (guaranteed, based on distance). Available for packages up to 150 lbs and 108 inches in length. Full tracking included. Delivers to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Saturday residential delivery available in select areas at no extra charge. Recommended for routine shipments balancing speed and cost.
UPS 3 Day Select
Cost-effective expedited shipping. Delivery Time: 3 business days (guaranteed). Delivery by end of business day. Available for packages up to 150 lbs. Delivers to the 48 contiguous states. Saturday delivery available. Ideal for less time-sensitive shipments that still require guaranteed delivery.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Fast air delivery for urgent shipments. Delivery Time: 2 business days (guaranteed). Delivery by end of day (typically by 5:00 PM for businesses, 8:00 PM for residences). Available for packages up to 150 lbs. Delivers to all 50 states and Puerto Rico (with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii). Saturday delivery available for orders picked up Thursday (additional fee may apply). UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. option available for delivery by 10:30 AM or 12:00 PM.
2.3 FedEx
FedEx Ground / FedEx Home Delivery
Economical ground shipping with reliable delivery. Delivery Time: 1-5 business days (estimated, based on distance). FedEx Ground delivers to businesses; FedEx Home Delivery delivers to residences. Available for packages up to 150 lbs. Delivers to all 50 states (3-7 business days to/from Alaska and Hawaii). FedEx Home Delivery offers 7-day delivery, including Saturdays and Sundays to most U.S. addresses. Full tracking included.
FedEx Express Saver
Affordable express shipping. Delivery Time: 3 business days (guaranteed). Delivery by 4:30 PM to most areas. Money-back guarantee for on-time delivery. Available for packages up to 150 lbs. Delivers to all 50 states. Cost-effective alternative when Ground deadline has passed but you have a few days.
FedEx 2Day / FedEx 2Day A.M.
Fast, guaranteed two-day delivery. Delivery Time: 2 business days (guaranteed). FedEx 2Day: Delivery by 4:30 PM (business) or 8:00 PM (residential). FedEx 2Day A.M.: Delivery by 10:30 AM for time-critical shipments. Money-back guarantee included. Available for packages up to 150 lbs. Delivers to all 50 states. Saturday delivery available (additional fee may apply). Complimentary FedEx packaging available.

4. SHIPPING COSTS AND FREE SHIPPING
4.1 Shipping Cost Calculation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: (a) shipping method selected; (b) package weight and dimensions (dimensional weight may apply); (c) destination address (shipping zone); and (d) any additional services requested (signature required, insurance, etc.).
4.2 Promotional Shipping Offers. From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping with a lower threshold. Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
4.3 Shipping Surcharges. Additional surcharges may apply for: (a) oversized or overweight packages; (b) residential delivery (for certain carriers); (c) remote or extended delivery areas; (d) address corrections; (e) Saturday or Sunday delivery (where applicable); (f) signature services; and (g) additional insurance coverage.
5. DELIVERY INFORMATION
5.1 Delivery Address. You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by you. Address correction fees charged by carriers will be passed on to you, and re-shipping fees may apply.
5.2 Delivery Hours. Standard delivery hours vary by carrier: USPS typically delivers between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM; UPS typically delivers between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM; FedEx typically delivers between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Delivery hours may be extended during peak seasons.
5.3 Delivery Attempts. Carriers typically make multiple delivery attempts before returning a package. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup or returned to us. You are responsible for any fees associated with re-delivery or return of undeliverable packages.
5.4 Signature Requirements. For certain orders (high value, customer request, or at our discretion), we may require signature upon delivery. If signature is required and no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a delivery notice and attempt re-delivery or hold the package for pickup.
5.5 P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses. USPS services (Ground Advantage and Priority Mail) deliver to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box address, we will ship via USPS.
6. ORDER TRACKING
6.1 Tracking Information. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your package through the carrier's website or our website by logging into your account.
6.2 Tracking Updates. Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier and may not update in real-time. Delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a problem with your shipment. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
6.3 "Label Created" Status. When tracking shows "Label Created" or "Shipment Information Received," it means the shipping label has been generated but the package has not yet been scanned by the carrier. This is normal and typically updates within 1-2 business days once the carrier receives the package.
7. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
7.1 Domestic Shipping. We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time and may incur additional shipping charges.
7.2 U.S. Territories. We ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and other U.S. territories via USPS. Additional shipping charges and extended transit times apply.
7.3 Military Addresses. We ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS. Military shipments are charged domestic rates but may experience longer transit times. Customs forms are required.
7.4 International Shipping. International shipping may be available for select orders. Contact us for international shipping options, rates, and availability. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
7.5 Restricted Destinations. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address at our sole discretion, including addresses identified as high-risk for fraud or delivery issues.
8. SHIPMENTS TO THIRD-PARTY FACILITIES
8.1 Amazon FBA and Fulfillment Centers. We accept orders shipped directly to Amazon FBA warehouses, third-party prep centers, freight forwarders, and other fulfillment facilities. However, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) orders shipped to such facilities are final sale and non-returnable; (b) we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues occurring at such facilities; (c) inspection must be conducted immediately upon arrival at the facility; and (d) all claims must be made within 24 hours of carrier delivery to the facility.
8.2 Risk of Loss. For shipments to third-party facilities, risk of loss and title transfer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point). We are not responsible for any issues arising after the carrier delivers the shipment to the designated facility.
9. SHIPPING DAMAGES, LOST PACKAGES, AND CLAIMS
9.1 Risk of Loss. All products are shipped FOB Shipping Point. This means that title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. Once the carrier takes possession of your shipment, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay during transit.
9.2 Damaged Shipments. If your package arrives visibly damaged: (a) note the damage on the carrier's delivery record before signing; (b) photograph all damage to the packaging and contents; (c) retain all packaging materials; and (d) contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for carrier damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist you in initiating a claim but are not liable for carrier-caused damage.
9.3 Lost Packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package: (a) check with neighbors, building management, or household members; (b) look for a delivery notice from the carrier; (c) contact the carrier to verify delivery location; and (d) file a claim with the carrier. If tracking shows the package is lost in transit (no updates for 7+ business days), contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
9.4 Insurance. Standard shipping includes carrier-provided insurance (typically $100 for USPS and basic declared value for UPS/FedEx). Additional insurance may be available for purchase at checkout for high-value orders. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for orders exceeding standard coverage limits.
10. SPLIT SHIPMENTS AND MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in multiple packages and may arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. Split shipments may occur due to: (a) items shipping from different warehouse locations; (b) package size and weight limitations; (c) inventory availability; or (d) optimal shipping efficiency. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments when free shipping applies.
11. HOLIDAYS, CUTOFF TIMES, AND CARRIER SCHEDULES
11.1 Business Days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
11.2 Holiday Shipping. During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), carriers may experience delays and have modified schedules. We recommend placing orders early during holiday seasons to ensure timely delivery. Carriers do not deliver on major holidays including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
11.3 Daily Cutoff Time. Our daily shipping cutoff is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed and confirmed before this time are typically processed and shipped the same business day (subject to inventory availability and verification). Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the following business day.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOODBYE INVENTORY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR COSTS ARISING FROM SHIPPING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) CARRIER DELAYS OR SERVICE FAILURES; (B) INCORRECT ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY YOU; (C) PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED BY THE CARRIER; (D) CUSTOMS DELAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS; (E) WEATHER-RELATED OR FORCE MAJEURE DELAYS; (F) THEFT OR LOSS AFTER CARRIER DELIVERY (PORCH PIRACY); OR (G) ISSUES ARISING AT THIRD-PARTY FACILITIES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE SHIPPING CHARGES PAID FOR THE AFFECTED SHIPMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Shipping terms in effect at the time of your order will govern that shipment. It is your responsibility to review this Policy before each purchase.
